Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of breener.net and the tools we offer on it, including the Growth Score and Lead Radar. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

Breener is a technology and marketing agency for commercial furniture manufacturers, dealers and rep groups. When we say “we” or “us” we mean Breener; “you” means the person or company using the site.

Using the site

You can use the site and its free tools for your own business purposes. Please don’t misuse them: no scraping, reselling, overloading the services, or trying to get around any access limits. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

Growth Score and Lead Radar

The Growth Score reviews a public website and estimates how well it turns visitors into enquiries. Lead Radar pulls together publicly available signals such as news, permits and tenders. Both are automated estimates built from public data and AI models. They are provided as guidance only and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a promise of results, revenue or leads, and you should verify anything before acting on it.

You may only run these tools on websites you own or are entitled to evaluate, or on public sites in the normal course of competitive research.

Your content and our content

Anything you submit to us, such as a website address, company name or message, stays yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the service and to contact you about it.

The site itself, including its design, copy, code and reports, belongs to Breener. You may share a report we send you, but please don’t copy or republish the site or its tools.

Engagements

Any paid work we do for you is covered by a separate proposal or agreement. If those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement wins.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site and its tools are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site, its tools or its reports, including lost profits or business. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
